About Us
We, at Precicast, pride in introducing ourselves as one of the leading manufacturers engaged in high quality gravity die and sand castings that includes - pump bodies, valve hosing, handles, flange, connectors and covers. We have grown rapidly in our sphere of operation in a very short span of time, and have emerged as one of the choicest suppliers in the market of aluminium gravity die-castings .
Dies
The gravity diecasting dies are developed by us in house . The CNC machining of die inserts and electrodes is based on the solid model which supplied by the customer . We use Hot Die Steel grade H-13 for the core and cavity inserts . All the Tools are prepared from Hot Die steel to ensure closer Dimensional tolerances requirements and better die life. The runner and gating are optimized using flow simulation as and where needed. The gravity diecasting die are designed and constructed so as to achieve a useful service life of at least 50,000 shots.
Raw Materials
All raw material is sourced from manufacturers preparing 100% alloy from virgin commercial grade aluminium ingots in order to ensure the correct chemical composition and homogeneity essential shrinkage free casting.
Inspection
The production goes through standardized method of online inspection . Finished goods are finally inspected at our works before despatch as per checklist provided/approved by the customer.
